i honestly think its fair.If a business has to pay gst and other charges to import an itme for sale in nz then those exact same charges should apply to every item bought in to the country,otherise its not just the retailer that mises out. If there are taxes and charges to be paid,everyone should pay em.I beleive customs are gonna get much more savvy on the false invoice side of things. With the government borowing 300 million a week just to make ends meet they gotta.Our balance of payments is 90 percent of gst which is the same sort of number as greece ireland and portugal.

i thinks cvt are limited to how much power they can handle.I THINK nissan use them in there two litre primeras.They are steel belts and "pulleys" which can expand and contract so the power is limited by how much the belts slip on the pulleys.Thats my laymans intrepretation any way!

has it got normal size wheels and tyres...perhaps there is a discrepancy between front and rear?Not sure what that would trigger but it sorta make sense that the tc would think something is up

i cant talk....although i didnt actually do it at one time i was ready to have four sets of wheels for the 535,one of those would have involved buying another car and reselling!
