  1. I don't know about any new law, but the Smokefree legislation that comes into force on December 10 prohibits smoking in a work vehicle that is used by other staff members as it is part of the workplace. Truckdrivers are exempt if the other drivers who use their rig agree to them smoking in it. As far as joe public being banned from smoking in their own private vehicle, I know nothing of that.

Batter weight distribution too maybe? Unless having it forward matches the weight distribution better for the cars original suspension setup.

Fine, was never intending on queue hopping, but thought you must have changed u'r mind since it was reposted for sale. So, by my calculations, the Queue goes: Gus OLLIE Bravo - me. Please post to let us know if you do not buy it. I am sitting here with the reddies in my hot little hand.

  5. PM'd you Graeme - Cheers.
  6. Not all of them. Here in Paihia there is one auto and one manual. I can't remember what they have in Keri or Kawakawa, but my workmate is in the Kawakawa brigade so I'll ask him when he gets in.
  7. [temporary theft of thread]Hah! had that pic as my wallpaper on my work PC till one of the "lovely" women at my work complained to me and I felt compelled to change it partly out of respect and partly out of fear of some sort of jumped-up complaint to the boss.[/temporary theft of thread]
  8. Impatient bro - it's only been like 40mins since you first posted! I'm sure someone will help you out in due course.

Just got a tip for you. Approach Cookies now and get a bum job grooming cars or whatever for FA money. Let them know what your aspirations are and work hard. Once you have pretty much got your 7th form/ncea level 3 ?? in the bag (I'm still not up wit dis new education system yet) talk to them (which by now you should have a good relationship with) about tech etc and see if they are willing to sponsor you etc. They gain as they already know what kind of worker you are and whether you will fit in the team. You gain as you will be pretty much guarateed your apprenticeship and they might pay your course fees. Afterwards they can expect you to go overseas to expand your horizons as that is the norm. They lose you, but hopefully one day uyou come back better off for your time away, if not - thems the breaks. Good luck and keep us posted on how you are getting on. It may come in handy having a qualified techie in our midst.

sh*t, sounds like you got it sorted girl - hell yeah. More sorted than me and I've got nine years on ya. BTW sneak out one night and take to that shite aluminium jap-import rear numberplate mount/surround - your parents will thank you for it I promise. Well maybe not, but its got to go!
  11. You can only attach one image per post, but if the images are hosted on the web somewhere, (Like your own site) you can insert them in your post using the IMG tags in which case you can insert more than one. Hope you can make heads and tails of all that.
  12. That is one of the coolest things I have seen. I definately have to get out more! Scary though - consider the Big Bro possibilities...
  13. Big ups dude - thats a nice set of wheels. Attention to detail - I like it!

ROTHFLMAO! Where is that - Europe somewhere going by the plates.
  15. For others with similar prob, buy the longer ball-end allen keys as these do not need to be dead-on with the hole like a reular allen key and thus you can get into tight spots easier.
  16. i voted the 850i, but I would have chosen the z3 hardtop roadster as seen in the general discussion oposts had it been listed. Third choice is then def E30 M3.

Welcome Emma, gotta love Milton locals. Go buy a "Jimmy's" for me - ahhhh brings back the memories
  18. I'm not here to say 4 is better than 2 or vice versa, but regarding access - 4 doors is better in angle parking as the doors open at a wider angle as they are shorter before they hit the car next to you. Esp if someone is trying to clamber in the back. For city carparks [and small garages for that matter], 4 door is definitely better access-wise.
  19. On the subject of hats, I've got the last three years "V8's" hats from the pukekohe races, plus a havoline racing jacket and a team murphy jacket, and I am yet to go and watch even once! Oh the joys of having a flatmate who works for a company with a big expense account
  20. Thanks Edit:Graeme (I was in a dream world - so sorry) LeftHandSide. Let me know. Cheers
  21. Just in case someone is interested in a personalised plate... (Click on the pic)
  22. But of course it is - still trying hard to resist the temptation though. Only thing stopping me is that American Express has really shitty rewards compared to my current card (VISA). It'll go really well with my team McMillan cap and t-shirt and my dinner-plate size BMW keyring that I ensure is left in a prominent position wherever I go. LOL - (poking the borax of course)
  23. I am after the duct (square plastic) that goes between the intake on the front spoiler (FL) to the front wheel wells. The spoiler caught a big rock in a carpark and when I stopped, I didn't realise the hose had fallen off. No idea of value so if you have one, offer it up at a fair price and you'll have yourself a deal. Cheers
