Hi I think I've seen an email come in for this just haven't had a chance to reply to you. Yes we have fitted one to a 540i with 6 speed and everything seems A-okay. That was with the standard 2800lb cover and HD disc. I'm getting some more flywheels made then I will have a price ready for people. I'm going to have to develop a different setup for the M5 as it seems the trigger is ever so slightly off on the 540 flywheel to the m5 which causes the vanos to not work properly on the m5. Will be in touch.

Hey Guys a mate of mine has this 95 318i that has de-reg due to owner being overseas and not getting it on hold in time. Pretty tidy in black with mags and stereo. Usually around $600 to rereg including a years reg and a wof. Runs well etc was just parked up and let slip. He's looking for $1700 but will negotiate a little. I had intended on that but couldn't upload and couldn't be bother hosting them else where- will do when I have a moment Thats Kayne Barrie's e34- this is an E30 and nowhere near going haha!!

Small update here. I came across a guy who had started a rally project with an m70 v12 and 6 speed so went and had a look at it. The shell and engines were bought from Mosen's in 2001 and has been a project ever since. I had intended on just buying the box but thought I'd get the whole car and use the rear end (e28), front coil overs (e36) and gearbox. Sadly it's been acided dipped and not coated so would need to be blasted,dipped or at least rust killed by the next owner. It's running a E28 and large case diff rear end so that will be used in my e30 as I had intended on making up a rear end to suit so more time saved- I might just make the pickup points adjustable. I had intended on making an adaptor plate for the m5/540i 420g v8 6 speed to mate up to the v12 but I figured I have such little free time I'd cheat and use this setup. Hit to the ego but means the project will come together quicker. This 6 speed has had an alloy plate cut and welded to the front of the box was done but a pro but will get it checked in a mill first.

I'll have some m3 5 speeds available in around 6 weeks. Trying to find that ratio is pretty difficult in the 210mm ratio you will need to try get one from another vehicle- e32 e38 e39 7 and 5 series etc. I have an M3 Evo diff that I was going to use for my project but if you do want to build up a diff as a bolt in unit then I could part with it. Otherwise change to medium case and finding diffs is alot easier.

Hey Don I think you might have called me about a replacement clutch and flywheel. Sorry I didn't have a chance to call you back as I was flat out when you called. I now have Hel braided lines for the E36 M3 Clutch and it states that it by passes the pressure valve and from what I've heard it seems to be a common issue with the E36. Hey Guys My UK contact has a 66K mile 3.2 Evo motor with all the wiring ecu ews etc no gearbox. Has service history hard to get them at this milage now. Would be around $6300 landed for anyone that wants it. Can also get any other m3/ m3 evo parts that you may be after he has a few engines in pieces too. thanks
