Hi, I have the oportunity to replace my non vanos 1992 355i 2.5L motor with a single vanos 1992/93 2.5L M50 motor from a 325i. Thinking that I'll just have to swap the loom and ecu over from the (slightly) newer car and that's all I'll need to get it going. Does anyone else know if it's that straightforward? or are there other things or wiring / connectors to be changed also? Cheers Paul

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has an opinion on what size tyres I should fit on my 17 x 8 Alpinas? Ive got some 215/45/17s which I thought would be ok (it's only a 318i, so I don't really want to "over tire"), but I think that 225/45/17 are the OEM size, and may fill out the guards slightly better. It's on standard height suspension. Any thoughts? Cheers
