how is this for an Idea, is it possible to setup the "for sale section" so that the advert can be placed, but people can only read and not respond to it. 320i can be fast depends what you do to it and your budget, most people go for the 2.5, as it is easier to gain more power at a cheaper price, bolt straight in If you find a good 320i you could always convert it to 2.5

stop right there mate , seen it many times, people buying stuff before fully researching you are talking about the eta m20b27? i assume yes, they rev limit to 4750 for a reason and that isn't just to do with the head... also it isn't just a simple bolt on and turn key, most b27 engines by now have done high kms or will need a rebuild. so just take your time and spend wisely, once you are 100% certain of what you are going to do

yes to the wheel alignment, but prior to that ensure that suspension components are not worn best you take it to a BMW specialist familiar with the E39, they are prone to wearing components out
