Hey all, Just wondering, what the hell is the noise my car is making? Ever since I got my new springs in (i think) it makes a clinking sound everytime I go over bumps. Like driving along, it almost sounds like a loose thin piece of metal vibrating or hitting something else. I'm thinking it's something to do with my suspension, I've had a lye under my car and had a fiddle, but nothing seems to be making that sound when i hit it. Yeah. It's not a major, but it's just so annoying, cos it's constantly clinking when I drive along on uneven roads (which is pretty much everywhere in Hamilton and Tauranga!). Thanks.

Hey Guys, I'm hoping someone can tell me what's wrong with my baby. I was driving along at 100km yesterday, and all of a sudden it started decreasing in speed, even though I had my foot on the accelerator. I ended up having to pull onto the side of the road, and it was just crawling along, with the engine light and an oil can light on the dash. I put it into park, turned it off and turned it back on, and away I went. Like nothing had happened. This was happening about a month or so ago before it was serviced. But it would do the same thing if I was sitting at traffic lights or stuck in traffic. And I thought it had stopped. Obviously not. Can anyone give me a heads up of what is going on?? And how I can stop it. As it scares the crap out of me and I feel kinda unsafe now. All help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Mate. Where have you been in the last year. Ratties are way more common in the younger folk. SO UNATTRACTIVE.

I've got a lot of respect for some car salesmen. Not the easiest job. (Harder than telemarketing, because you have to sell to the sellers face!). A majority of them have to walk around all day in suit pants and neatly ironed cotton shirts, (my friends who telemarket sit around in Pjs ha). Plus the car salesman has to work, faking his over enthusiastic attitude, knowing a large percentage of customers are just looking, not buying. Since trademe came out, I bet you car salesmen have felt the bite. Fatjoe - if you don't get the bema, there are plenty more out there, and there will most likely be one slightly better than the one you want! Good luck.
