  1. AGREED. Kudos to you little one.
  2. Well...you'll never know untill you try...it works in Australia, so why shouldn't it work here? Do they?? Well...it's been going on for long enough, and nothing has ever been done about it. It's just one of those things that will always be a problem. A majority of guys (and some girls) will go through the phase. It's just a matter of time and they will grow out of it. And the next lot of kiddies will come along. It's the "wheel of boy-racers".

    tinting

Where have you been all your life! Happened to me, when I had 5% tints (IN DEFENCE I BOUGHT THE CAR LIKE THAT OKAY!). Police pulled me over, asked me to remove my tints or I'd get an instant $150 fine. I was like "Uh sure, but can you show me how to pull them off??" P.s My "5%" tints were actually measured with the lazer at 3%. Woh! Cos BMDUBS quoted earlier cars come out with factory tint. Yupp. 10cm/100mm. The dude at the WOF place said to me either those measurements or where the bottom of your sun visor thingy-ma-bob sits against hard on your windscreen. I'll hold that against him!
  4. I've never really been into actually going to New Zealand "drag racing"...not much of the actual drag racing goes on around BOP...it's more like a little rude trail of tryhard crappy s13s and Integras driving to Hamilton. I think it's time wasting, I'm too good for those boys anyways. Back on topic girl. That is pretty ruthless in consideration to what happened in Christchurch. I think they got too carried away (the "boy racers"). Some people dislike the police...but I thought that kind of ambush business only happened in the hoods of the U.S. The cop was only doing his job, come to think of it. Poor dude. Just came back from Australia, their laws are quite a bit more stricter, most young people have little run arounds, just because it is so costy over there for insurance and regos, etc! I was blown away! Boy racers, or people who generally are caught racing get slapped across the face quite hard... Get caught 1st time: Fines! Fines!! Fines!! ................2nd time: Car Impounded for like a month or something... ................3rd time: Car Crushed. (Too bad, how could you be so stupid anyway!) I'm thankful I'm too cool and hot in my roller for any of that drag racing nonsence... Going fast does suck petrol eventually...and paying off fines = MONEY LOST! I'd rather spend it shopping! P.S I recall hearing Brisbane has a whole freeway which is avaliable to the public for drag racing. It is a hit over there. All of the "boy racers" congregate there along with their car hoes.
  5. They're great guys there. Skilled and honest, always keen to help out, even when I asked them to put my new badges on my e36. If something is broken they always are keen to see whats up, servicing is pretty cheap, for a whole car service on my e39 it is $390. So....they're good!
  6. Man, I'd be soo mad. Well atleast it was hit by a Range Rover, not a sh*tty Honda City or something. Ha. And atleast they've got it covered. With a Range Rover, I'm sure fixing a car door wouldn't scratch their wallet. Chicks notice dents and stuff. Then they think automatically you're a bad driver..."Oh no, my Daddy wouldn't like me to get into your car if you were a bad driver..." I always feel my heart ache when I see a BMW with damage. Hope it's fine and dandy asap.
  7. I sometimes like to flash my lights at people driving like dicks. Just to make them sh*t themselves. Besides that, I'm a pretty curtious driver. If someone does something like cuts me off, I usually just let them go and give them a blank look. Only time you'll hear my car horn blaring at someone is if someone has cut me off and one of my mates is in the passenger seat going crazy, as they'll casually reach over and beep. My ass has been saved while speeding and someone flicks their lights, as I was able to slow down just before I passed a speed camera. God bless those angelic drivers.
  8. Where are all of the 5 and 7 series?!?! Huh?!?!
  9. Wellll... My christmas present (apart from clothes) was to make my car warrantable.. *New springs...$600 *Air bag sensor and other stuffs...$800. Thanks Mummy and Daddy.
  10. My old e36 was keyed all the way around at school by this loopy waste of female. Luckily it was red so couldn't really see it that bad, and managed to sell it off without the buyer noticing. The point is. She did it purposely. And she owned a Holden Astra. So no point getting revenge. Took a complaint to the police. Nothing was done. Even though I had proof through text messages. It really makes me mad. I couldn't care less if a girl came up to me and slapped me across the face. BUT, girls my age chose to damage stuff like cars. Went and got a few quotes to remove the scratches. From $500-$2k. Glad I sold the poor car. Some people have no respect. None at all.
  11. Does Fair Go still air on Tv??!! I've never bothered with an Euro-Plate. Mainly cos the police down my way are girl-picker-on-ers. Always ticket girls. And let off guys. My old BM was pink-stickered, even though it was 110ml off the ground in a police car check. BUT the same day they let off a ute with 6 people sitting on the deck on couches, and it had no warrant! Grrr. Cops in my area pick on anyone with anything different. So with a Euro-Plate, soon enough i'd be ticketed. You Aucklanders think you have it bad?? Come get a taste of Mt Maunganui. Smaller populaton + More police per vehicles = Dammit. I feel sorry for you Ashkan, no one deserves that kind of sh*t while going to a shopping centre. Glad some people don't turn into absolute pussys when they get told off by the boys in blue.
  12. Yuck Ashkan! No! Someone has been watching Teila Tequila. I clean my cars in the shade. With old clothes on. Soon it'll be my school uniform tops. Haha. Is that cut and polish stuff you buy from repco etc in the bottle crap?
  13. Okay...I was saying. In general I don't really love bagged cars. I don't have a problem with them. I just think the trend has been thrashed. Now-a-days young guys will put bags in sack of sh*t cars. Just cos they think it's cool. I think bags are best in utes. Thats my opinion. They look best. There is a difference in putting a $11k bag setup in a pretty decent vehicle eg. an Audi Wagon and making it look unique...than putting in a dodgy $3k setup in a Mazda Luce. Get what I mean?
  14. Oh my goodness. Some people can be bothered cleaning their cars? Honestly, some people ENJOY cleaning their cars?!?! Not me. I've been told to pick Mothers though. Always. By a mates dad, who is an absolute freak about keeping his BMW clean. His car acts as a good mirror to walk past for a last glance before going out Since i don't know sh*t about car cleaning I stick to Mothers. Good old mumsy.
  15. Ohh thanks. Guttered though!
  16. Am I? Or are you just taking the piss? Are there any older guys who actually like bagged cars? Or Hydro's in cars? Ohhh so the police can't do anything if it's parked up slammed? Cool. Not that it affects me. Mine is 100% legal. Haha. Whoop whoop.
  17. When the setup cost a maximum of about $3-4k, thats gay. Not too keen on bagged cars. Too much p*ssing around. Money could be spent somewhere else.
  18. Hello. Was driving my mates gay bagged Mercedes this afternoon to the shops *spew* as I had to do some errands with him (stupid boy got dic'ed). Anyway, I parked up and sat it on the ground, and some lovely police men pulled up commenting on the height of it. It was sweet as it was certed etc, and they lost interest after awhile, but...can they fine a car if it is parked up and sitting on the ground? Cos I didn't get one. But yeah. Can they do anything? Or is it if it's just driving around slammed? Just something I thought some clued up men would know.
  19. It is... WBADD42070BV12284 Thanks so much.
  20. Awww Byza. I bet you had an ear to ear grin after that. You deserved that P.S Most chicks dig the gold rims.
  21. Hi there. I bought my Bm privately, and was led to believe it had cruise control. It has the cruise control sign on the dash by the speedometer. But the steering wheel is just a standard one with no cruise control button...so do you think my steering wheel has been replaced or... Thanks.
  22. The girl in the article sounds like what my mother told me to be like. "If you're going to marry a man, make sure he is financially stable, has wealthy parents and a good job with a decent large income, otherwise you'll have a crap life like mine after I married your father." Haha. Thanks Mum. Advice taken.
