I wasn't aware that you could use ATF in a manual gearbox without problems later on. Are there any advantages to using ATF?

i've never really heard it drive.. but i saw a guage in it up where they usualy put them so boost guage... maybe..? but then again if you were going to turbo it.. wouldn't you put a front mount on? seems a bit out of the way to go top mount.. worst bmw i think i've ever seen.. yeah hope he doesn't see this!

yeah i didn't want to say anything just incase gotta be the worst bmw in chch. he stole my park today.. i was waiting for 2 min and was indicating on high st outside cheapskates and the person coming out had to back out infront of me and while that person was coming out he got it.. then him and like 4 of his buddys jumped out all looking rather ruthless so i just kept on going haha.

Turbo.. i think.. wondering if anyone knew anything about it? it's blue and it has from what i can gather a wrx bonnet scoop fitted to the standard bonnet.. it looks real rough. and a kinda gold kinda chrome kinda black grille. lives over near edgewear road ( well that's where i always see it parked)

welcome! you're right e30's do look better than e36's you'll fit in here quite nicely. economy is what you would expect from a 1.8 or 1.6.. but go the 318i economy isn't much different than a 316i and they go pretty well if they are in good shape.. pretty easy to maintain especially with all the help on here you can get.. and it makes finding the bits you need easy!

looking for some e30 front shocks urgent! lowered preferably as the back is lowered, 88 320i in christchurch

my car does it because my front left shock is stuffed and isn't working proper and it being kinda jammed up forces the back right side down to the point where my car is 2 inch different on each side.. getting sorted at the moment

sorry it's kinda unrelated but as we are on the topics of body kits.. does anyone know if the bbs body kits were a option from factory or if they were something after market.. i heard they were an option but i can't remember who told me so not sure how reliable that was. it makes sense though as my car has the '16 rs which i imagine were an option.. but then all that on a 320i... i heard that back in the day these wheels and kit were worth a lot of money.. you'd think that it would have gone on a 325i or something, but then again you never know. some e30's came just with the side skirts.. noting big just little lips instead of the body rolling under like usual, only seen this on SA cars.
