some of you may have heard of phantom grip? if not visit www.phantomgrip.com. i am making a custom version based on the principle of one of these, and will be testing it in my car soon. have got one in and old rwd toyota carolla at the moment and it's freakin awesome.

based on a similar principle as a clutch pack, but in essence very differenta custom made insert to turn an open diff into an lsd.

yeah they want one when there are none and when it comes time to part with the money they are like oh hmmm nah i'm broke. i've done it myself.

So ... you don't want to dish out a grand for the whole limited slipness of an lsd but you so do want that limited slipness. the question is: if not a grand, then how much would you part with? NB (ignore the fact that you have to do the swap, or pay someone to do it)

OK so this is a poll to see what everyone feels about LSD's. I am basically just doing a bit of market research before making the call whether to invest in a new project. please post questions or comments, i'll do my best to reply.

i've towed a 16 foot boat behind my 320 from thames over the hills to pauanui. couldn't have done it in an auto. had to keep the rev's high and definately needed the good brakes i had at the time. so much for the actual tow vehicle! it blew the radiator on the first hill out of thames.

do you mean Monza? was going to go to Monza to check out the track but went to Venice Instead. It would've been good to go to Modena and tour the Ferrari factory.Sorry only got a pic of the bmw, too many people around

The Fairgrounds had a central 2 level 'road' that ran through the middle of the fairgrounds, it was about a k long and this is the top level.

The New Milan Fairgrounds. Nuova Fiera Milano. the scale and architechture of this place was just unbelievable
