  1. I have a chance to buy a very rare set of wheels. They are R17s 9.5 ET20 fronts and 10.5 ET27 rears. I am going to buy them if they are going to fit E36 M3 with little or no work. Any suggestions? Ideas? Knowledge? Welcome
  2. That was quick! I wish we had similar cars popping up here in Christchurch...
  3. I would love to do this to an E36 one day!!! That is my ultimate dream car!!! E36 M3 V10
  4. Watch out for those grannies and grandpas some of them might still persist on good old right hand rule To be honest, I recon in the first few weeks there will be a few crashes associated with this change...
  5. Good Year F1's for me!!! One of the best tyres on the market. Incredible in wet and dry. Symmetrical look awesome. Asymmetric perform better. But overall it is up to you really. There are plenty of tyre brands that perform and look great!!! So if I were you I would just go to the shop and see, which look you like out of the ones that perform best and then buy them.
  6. I've heard Red Line is very good.
  7. Hey guys. I am going to change coolant in my E36 M3 and wanted to ask some questions first. One, is it ok to use a non-BMW coolant for my M3 or is it a must to use BMW one? Also, do I need to buy distilled water from the supermarket or can I use water from the tap? Finally, I want to do a fool system flush and was wondering if anyone here know where is that engine plug that will allow me to do that? I couldn't find it last time, but I am very persistent and want to do it right this time. Maybe someone will have a picture that I can have a look at. Is there anything else that I need to change or take into consideration before I do this? Thank you.
  8. Great looking car!!! Good luck with a sale!
  9. Saw that today was pretty impressed Link
  10. Probably if it was a race car before... But if it is stock standard in perfect condition no one would want to brake it into parts, but I guess you would be able to sell it faster as well as there are way more collectors than people who want to race them...
  11. One more question. What do you use to clean your cars? They look awesome!!!
  12. Yeah S15 was a crazy car, very fast and lost of boost (had a few modifications on it). Very nice around town not so good on the open road. M3 is other way around town is okish, but highway, hills and track is perfect!!! I LOVE the smoothness of the engine too and the sound. I guess the class of these two cars is different. I love the interior of BMWs, even though my car is 6 years older than my ex-silvia it is still way more comfortable and eye pleasing. The only thing I had to get used to was leather noises from the panels and indicator switch, which now seems more natural than ever lol
  13. OEM short shift kits are not that agressive and definitely not as bad as the after market ones. If I were you I would go for Z3m kit plus ZHP weighted gear knob. Z3m shifter will have to be slightly bent to have it in the upright position. I have made a lot of research this set up is the best for every day use and some track use, if you will want to get involved in the future.
  14. It wasn't as free as it thought, I guess lol It paid with it's life!!!
  15. But would you ever want to brake your pride and joy into pieces to sell? I wouldn't...
  16. It must be worth an extra thousand I mean the bird lol
  17. You have a bird in your bumper! lol
  18. But 225s should fit right?
  19. Hey man! I think I remember your S14 from Silvia forum, I could be mistaken though. Both cars look incredible!!! Welcome to BMW family!!! I myself had S15 Spec R before I got my E36 M3. Very different car but I enjoy it a lot.
  20. Will these fit 3-series? Thanks

Hey guys just got this problem yesterday. My oil pressure light went on while I was driving and it wouldn't go off. So today when I have started the car it was off until the car reached normal working temperature and then it went back on. What could be the problem? P.S. I have check oil level its fine and there were no oil leaks under the car. Cheers
  23. Is that for Fiat only or for BMW as well and do you have to have racing license? Thank you.
