That's my worry with my radar detector, I remove it.. but the small metal bracket and power cable remain. I always lock my car at petrol stations too

I wouldn't be at all surprised if these things start going up in price atm. Stores will try milk it for all it's worth. The Blueant was the better one I think? the uniden looks easier to use though.

At one stage I was going through 2 windscreens a year, which was replaced by smith and smith. never had any issues. with an install.

Evo, at least you can set it up for more than one surface, rally/road... but the skylines are more track orentated over rally. that's just a guess, I don't actually know anything about race cars.

I doubt this is unsafe, It's just the guide to allow the belt move a bit more smoothly. -
It probably has a B18c, you know F1 cars use them, detuned though.
