It hasn't sold yet. Problem is, I can't decide if I want to keep going with it.

Wonder if the drivetrain would fit into a 70s 2002....?

Duddley started following EOI: 1971 BMW 2002 project

Hi team. I'm regretting that I'm considering this, but I'm thinking of parting ways with my 1971 2002 project. I've had this for almost 8 years. Had big plans to run this as a street legal track car, but financially my situation has changed. Rego is dead, but I do have the original plates. Here's what's included: All panels and trim Fibreglass rear bumper New repair panel for the lower front nose section E21 323i rear trailing arms (for rear brake caliper conversion) Volvo 240 front brake calipers (for vented disks conversion) I have a M20B25 with an 885 head and all the parts to convert it to a 2.8ltr stroker. This includes a M52B28 2.8ltr crank from a 328i, 130mm conrods from a M20B20, clutch, flywheel, M20B25 pistons and 885 head as well as a 5 speed Getrag 245. Also have engine mounts to mount this to the standard 2002 subframe. Included are a set of Minilite style BMW wheels and a set of gold steel wheels (not pictured). Here's what's left to do: Sills have rust holes on both sides, front and back. Assemble engine Finish e21 rear trailing arms to suit coilovers Panel work on the main body Here's how it looked when I picked it up. Here's how it looks now. Ideally I would like $20,000 for everything. Not keen to sell items individually. Please PM me if your genuinely interested.

Are these the same as 2002 seats? If so, I might have a use for them.

Hey team, I'm looking for recommendations for an engine builder who can put together a M20B25 2.7ltr stroker, preferably in the North Island. I have the engine all in bits (minus a few of the ancillary bits eg. water pump, fuel rail, etc) as well as all the components to make it 2.7ltr (conrods from a m20b20, crank from a 2.8ltr m52, etc). I have no idea how to competently put it together. Going to use this in my '71 2002.

Hi team. Have reluctantly put my X3 up for sale. Would like $8,900 or near offer. It's done a bit more than 194,003km and can be found in Napier. More info here - https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/motors/cars/bmw/listing/3165351299

Hi team, I'm after six standard conrods from a M20B20 or M20B23. Preferably in 130mm length. Cheers!

How much of a difference is there between sedan and coupe seats? Are coupe seats slimmer/smaller?
-
Why are they in the Toyota > Suspension part of TM?! Should chuck em in my 2002 so I wont fall out the window while cornering

I think both rear trailing arms have been replaced and all ball joints recently, then I think the engine was reconditioned roughly 100,000ks ago. Otherwise, it's all original!
