for a service $300-$400 is kinda average and a few hours labour, (which can vary), it really depends on who it is, specialist or just joe blogs mechanic. You could ask around for quotes, then you get a better idea of whats average.

watch for offsets dude. those will fit on but will either scrap or shake bad over 100kph!!! The stud pattern is right (4x100) but the offset won't be. You needs wheels with the RWD offset. Not FWD.

I fit swallow mount 5.25 Components in the kick panels, and still managed to get the kick panels to cover them just like standard. you can't even tell their there Just put sound deadening around them, and mounted a small mdf ring on the front of them. There isnt much room behind there, got move a few wire elsewhere. But they sound good and look real stealth, and dont get in the way!!!!

AMG's are badass. I,ve driven a few 190E's didn't impress to much Like the E30's dash layout alot better,and 30's also handle HEAPS better. But the AMG one's will probably be a whole different car i,m sure. like comparing a 318 with a m325.... I drove a 04' C55 AMG last week and it scared the sh*t out of me. :drugs: There are some good things bout working in a Car Yard

it could also be your exhaust manifold, does the ticking get louder and louder when you accelarate? The studs can get lose and make it tick. Get your tapps dones tho and it should fix it. But the manifold could be the next place to look. Your tappets should only take an hours labour.

I'd go for a panel k&n, I got mine for $100 cos trade dizzy I'm trying to give my car the "stock minta" look so I took my pod off. Piss easy to put in too, just take out the old and slot in the new. Choice!!!
