Yeah think it was emerald greenish. Was hard to see cause it was raining reasonably heavily. There is not a huge dent in the metal barrier lining the outer area of the motorway right there! And the bonnet it still there as well. It was pretty spectacular, but what a horrible thing to happen. Guess ther person had insurance though.

Was heading home yesterday on SH1 probably around 2.30-3am. An e46 came speeding down the st marx rd onramp, lost control, skidded, hit the metal barrier on the left, skidded back and stopped in the middle of the motorway. Looked like it would have been written off. Bits and pieces all around the motorway. Happened right it front of us. It was raining quite heavily.

Thank you Bravo, your pretty much on the mark. Never even got a speeding ticket (and thats because i dont speed, not because i didnt get caught) and then i go and did something much much worse.

Thank you for the info. If I wanted to go the fine+loss of license way, like you said do I just go there earlier than my court time on the day and ask for a duty solicitor? Or will 1 be appointed to me anyway? You said it will be 3 months compulsory? So will the duty solicitor be able to argue this for me? And for the limited license, will i definetly need a letter from work? I wasnt too keen on letting them know about this to be honest. :-| Sorry I am not familiar with the courts process at all. Thanks, I dont think being in remand for 2 weeks is an option for me. Yes i am classed under adult. The limit was 400. From what you guys have told me it doesnt look like a lawyer will be much help to me. I was under the impression that the police will only get involved in the courts if i plead NOT GUILTY, otherwise for GUILTY it will be 6 months loss of license and the fine.Yes my missus can drive on the weekends etc, but im just worried about getting to work. Looks like the best think for me to do is plead guilty and take the 6 months and the fine and wait it out. I assume everything goes back to normal and they send me my license back in 6 months? I know i deserve it all but i just need a way to get to work and cant really afford thousands of $$ right now. Thanks for all the info.

Hello. I completely messed up on thursday. Went over to a friends place for a couple of drinks and somehow that didnt go to plan. Got caught for drink driving on the way home. And before anyone tells me, I am completely aware of how irresponsible this was and i am quite shattered about it right now. Even the policeman commented on how devastated i looked. I am usually a good driver, i never speed and i have never got any driving offenses before, not even a speeding ticket. Its about a couple of k's drive from my friends to my place. Anyway, Im due to appear in court in a couple of weeks and looking at about a 900$ fine and 6 months loss of license. I just wanted to know whether there would be any chance of being able to plea out of the 6 months loss of license by paying a bigger fine or something? Losing the license is going to affect my work so much. Any info would be greatly appreciated as I dont even know the court process.

Hello, i checked out a 325Ci today. its 93, 180k, blue, m3 wheels. Owner said it had some sort of adjustable suspension. Looks low. Sunnroof. AUTO. He wants 7500 for it. It drove pretty well. Said he had it for 18 months and has had servicecs done every 6 months and selling as he got a 2001 model. Said needed the steering rack replaced for the WOF which cost ~$1000. JAP import. The door trimming is coming out a bit near the door handles. Just realised it might be someone on here! Could you please let me know what you guys think? Dont want to end up with a expensive lemon! And places i could get it checked out as well would be great. Thanks. EDIT: Cloth interior. Clear Indicators.
