Not sure but it sounds veyr clear when im driving... it seems to be coming from around about where the front passengers legs would be when im driving... i.e. around about where the glove box is.... it just goes tock tock tock tock which gets faster with RPM. only sometimes though, not all the time.

went to get the WOF and failed me cos they said the spings are loose.... i was told either get standard springs back on or i have to get shortened shocks at the back and mahcine the front ones? Is there anything else i can do for a cheper price... im a student at auckland uni so cant afford much..! Any help would be appreciated... if all else fails i guess id have to get standard springs back on it? It takes about 4 hours lbour to fit these though right?

just wondering how much time and money it would take to remove the lowering springs to get the wof and then put them back on after i get it? I assume it takes a long time??

i dunno the guy said he can "do something for me to get the WOF" a assume placing some sort of padding like you said?With the $100 shocks bemmboi is selling i was thinking of getting it but with installation and things it will end up being very high i think... (cost) wouldnt it??

hey i know you guys are busy people but wondeirng whether youd be able to help out a poor student? the cheapest option i have now it the 80 per wheel which comes to 320$!!

Hey i got my 320 about a month ago... now sometimes there is a clicking noise coming from where the gear knob is. it sounds like its coming from under the leather bit... the clicking rate goes up as the rpm increases and then stops at around 4.5 to 5 k rpm. It only makes the noise sometimes. And if it starts clicking in 5th gear on the motorway i just drop it to 4th and go past 4.5k rpm and it stops and just put it back to 5th gear and all sweet. Wondering whether anyone has had this issue? Thanks, stolen.

yeah this happened to me too... i was under the impression that it was cos of the 91 i put in it. This was just when i got my car... same symptoms plus start in the morning and it just dies and i floored the accelerator and it sounded like one of those rotary cars..... took 3 fills of 96 and it was all good after that...guess the bad fuel finally went off.... :finger:

hey Andrew can i get some more info on the spring pads? i rang around today and most places (Pedders Suspension and The Shock Shop) say around 750 for shortened shocks in the back and to machine the front ones or 550 to change the springs. Neither of which i can afford! One place said they can do something to get the wof for around 60-80 bucks per wheel which seems like the best option for me right now. How much would it cost to get these pads on and off bro? Thanks for all the info...! :bowdown: Heshan

i see... thanks guys... i was reading some stuff on the forums and some people have said you need shortened shocks if you have lowered with springs? Id like to keep the car lowered if possible as well....How much would i be looking at for these or where can i get some standard springs if all else fails? Thanks! Stolen

hey i just joined up. i just went to get my wof on my e30 320 and it failed. They said the springs were too loose! Its been lowered on springs.... Wondering whether anyone can gimme some advice on how to get this sorted as cheaply as possible cos im a student and on a almost null budget! Thanks, stolen
