His car orignally had an M20 in it. I think part of the reason he is doing this is so he dosent have to swap the M50 loom + ecu into it.

The waterproof case is actually worse for wind noise than the open case. (still unusable tho).
-
Yea. I thought mine was maybe faulty, but gopro didnt want to know about it.
-
Mine gets horrible wind noise, dosent matter where I put it, water proof housing or not. At 70kph you cant hear the engine over the wind noise.
-
The gopro is an overpriced turd anyway, keep your DSLR.
-
Don think you'd have to worry, she wouldnt f**k you anyway mate.

I have some hooks on my wall in my room, I hang the keys for different cars there. Tho most my cars are left unlocked with the keys in them. My flatmates always give me sh*t for that.

Use a multimeter to measure current on different fuses in the fusebox, that will narrow down what circuit is draining the power and you can go from there.
-
And the big Q, what are you going to be doing for tuning?
-
Welding the water jackets is to increase the surface area to clamp the head gasket, its not uncommon for them to push out at the water jackets under boost. But in saying that a few people have made alot of power without even opening the engine up on m20b25's, just standard head gasket and ARP studs.

I havent driven the car much, but they have sustained some pretty spirited driving and hard stops. They would not suit a track car tho. ( I did manage to smoke them eventually, I am bit of a pussy and ride the brakes into corners a bit tho.)
