500 seems like a lot of money though, have you checked out what they cost from the US or UK ? I have no idea Im just asking.
$500 is nothing when the police screw up your insurance claim and give an extra $2500 lol US, UK not useable in NZ as they are set for LHD, Eurolights as far as i know are the only place that sell them with lenses to suit RHD cars.
Could be wrong but i couldnt find any.

Bought a 325i parts car, and am wanting to do the disc brake upgrade. (will be putting the 2.5 engine in, in time to come) BUT my car does not have abs and the 325i parts car does. Do i need to convert the ABS setup into my car or can i just disconnect it and not use it? just hook up the normal brake lines? im doing the whole ireland engineering adjustable camber/toe kit and will have the subframe out for a little while and ive just purchased a bently manual, will that have all the info i need? Any help would be great, also for the time being could someone tell me which bolts to undo to get the rear subframe out?
So far ive found:
Diff mount,
One bolt at the end of each sill
Shock mounts
Are there any more or will the rear end just 'drop out' one i have disconnected these and the driveshaft etc?

p.s how the f**k do you get the e-brake system unhooked?

Just issued insurance with NAC, $1638.00 per year for full cover, thats putting my car market value of 11,500 including mods. Thats the pre crash valuation of what my car was before the cop incident. I've since modded about another 3 grand onto it
so my 'standard car value' is about 5 grand + another 12-14 thousand in mods, i have declared basically everything to NAC but they said not to worry about things that are less than $150 tints, k&n etc. Will they sting me in the ass for this or should i get another evaluation of the car once it is on road and dig out receipts for all my mods and photocopy them and send them back with my contract? Pioneer insurance declined me as soon as i said 'extensive modification' they were like sorry that costs us to much if you make a claim. lol
Also, anyone had any problems with NAC paying out? do they have many 'escape' loopholes in their system??

Rude wheel but theres a boss kit there.... mag stores sell them 100 bucks or something, i got a momo one aff tard me not so long ago, basically new for 45 bucks. Just gotta keep an eye on them

no.. by touring I mean wagon. Only wagon I've seen in this part of town lately was a charcoal grey one, quite nice.
Yea i know, wagon estate touring same sh*t different day lol, yea its a dark blue 325 with tec 2 AND its manual! Basically a m325i wagon.

The Black one is kinda the look im going for with my car but 4 door.
The Purple one in my opinion looks tits, i love it, so different yet not to hard out ricey....

Hey man you live in takanini aye? go to the WOF place in manurewa, 'brothers automotive,' they will pass you on pretty much anything... if you want to run FWD offset wheels you will need at least probably a 3mm spacer. I used to run these spacers when i had FWD offset wheels, never had any trouble...

As most of you know about 6 weeks ago i was owned by a police car, my car's now in the panel shop and i've bought a 325 donor car. After ripping all the panels off the front the damage underneath wasn't as bad as expected. Should be hitting the paint shop this saturday. Ill keep this thread updated.
