  1. Hey buddy I wasnt bashing it , I said IMO the design was wrong and I doubt it would do anything.

    I also explained why.

Say whatever you like , I have explained why it is wrong , and it is , so get over it.

Give this guy some credit, i don't see anyone else producing these for e30s to this quality and price in new zealand, before you start saying things about its wrong etc etc you should try and SHOW us your ideas and see if you can put a few together and then if they work better your point has been proved. Until then stop putting other peoples products down. at least he is putting in the effort to supply these.

    Cheers

    Chris

  2. I can get the H&R kit for a pretty decent price, they use Bilstein shocks with their own springs. Platform front struts, and pretty sure they do an adjustable platform to go inside the top arm (rear) in the std location. I have them on my Cosworth, and the quality is superb, as you would expect from a German made kit. Will cost a fair bit more than the $205 Ebay jobbies though!

Good as thanks for the info, and darren my email is [email protected], my hotmail got closed down..

Conrod could you possibly also get me a approx price for them? Just parts really, willing to spend the $$ if the product is good, i can do the labour, could do with the learning curve ^_^

    Cheers

    Chris

  3. Im sick of only being able to have on ride height on my car, i want to be able to raise and lower it according to the driving im going to be doing, ive had a look around and as far as value for money goes these seem to be the best:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...A%3AIT&rd=1

I like the look of them and they look quite well made, anybody had any experiance (sp) with these products and if so what are your opinions.

Also if anybody knows of an NZ stockist i will be more than interested.

    Cheers

    Chris

  4. No cert is required if you keep the original mounting holes and seatbelt mounts, i suggest you use the original e30 rails and butcher them and weld/bolt on some angle iron and butcher the e36 rails and mount them on teh angle iron, ill post a pic of how i have mounted my buckets when i get home, looks like you got a good score, m325 with mtec 1 =D i like =D keep us posted on progress, keen to share your plans for it?

  5. You think thats bad!!! i saw some indians the other night in auckland that had a white e30 with some kind of rice wide bodykit, with gods knows how much grille mesh jammed into the most random places. Wait for it, it had r32 skyline taillights lmao, it was the worst case of RICE i have ever seen in my life, i was in fact ashamed to own an e30 after i saw that......

  6. You bitch

Txtn is a great thing but does have its disadvantages, it shows no emotion and as said before you cannot be sarcastic via txt, things get messed up through text messaging, people can take things the wrong way so easily. fully prefer calling, if they don't pick up you know they are busy so you don't bother continuing to get hold of them. When people don't txt back its more a case of sending another text to ask why they aren't texting back. i dunno im probably talking crap but i prefer to call and talk to someone, txting feels to much like a chat room....

Anything not collected by wednesday night will probably be chucked out.

Fair few E30 parts around here if you want to browse as well.

txt me 027 4657 338 if your interested in the seals or parts, ill get back to you with details.

    Cheers

    Andy

  8. I'd hit it

Looks odd with Mtech1 front kit though.

    I wonder if it's fibreglass

Your right tec 1 front doesnt look beefy enough, but yuh, id probably dump my e30 project and buy it if it was 2.5 grand cheaper ^_^

  9. Yea this has a bit of rust in it, no moss though  I never thrash my cars when they are cold anyway. usually give them 1-2 min's to warm up depending on if im in a rush or not, yea this things pulls 150 with no struggles :D Im sure it accellerates faster from a standing start than what my 320 does  cant wait for the 325 conversion though :D

  10. I am also looking at getting one of these, ive heard to look for cracks in the hull, and basically make sure the jet it running smooth unde revs. Thats pretty self explanitory but yuh any more help would be great!
