  1. Take the back seat out, take the tray out, rip off the black sound deadning mat. Go got your self some 10mm thick carpet underlay, cut it to size, then stick the parcel tray back on and use gorilla filler along the gap where the tray meets the top of the back of the seat, also try using the gorilla filler, in any gap between the tray and the underlay where the speaker holes are. no more rattles..........

  2. Is the noisy valvetrain a problem ?

I mean, will that damage engine prematurly ? Or is it ok to drive with it.

Shouldn't be a long term problem, get the valves adjusted as best as possible, and then just get used to the noise.
Stick some nice headers and a straight through exhaust with a couple of small resonators, that'll drown out the sound! Make it nice and throaty to..... B)

  3. im guessing he wasnt wearing proper leathers / gear.

if not tough, he knows the consequences.

still sucks that he got taken down by a retard lady. send him regards and a kick in the ass to wear protective gear...

wearing t-shirts and shorts on motorbikes = dumbass.

He was just mucking around on a 50 cc chopper, wasn't driving around anywhere, was just out side his house...... bike wasnt his either, a mate popped over to show him and yea <_<

  4. Run DMC and the beastie boys = oh yea! anyone see beastie boys at BDO 05? gotta love that sh*t, bone thugs are the illest rappers, but metallica is da best, rock fully rules, offspring and greenday rock off, but teh new rappers 50 cent etc eat giant nut sacks, they have nothing to do with anything, eminem speaks the truth so id give him credit, but hey rock is always gunna rule. By the way NZ rap is well.......... Wank Wank hahahahhahahahah

  7. If what you guys are saying is correct then i am rather pissed off. When i had my crash i took my 87 320i to German Auto at Wairau Park, They put all my bits into a 84 320i and told me that converting the existing drums on the 84 to the discs that were on my 87 would be near impossible. The sump guard was also not fitted, they said there were no mounts and i kinda need it under there cos my car is quite low. I was pretty adiment that they should have bolted straight in but hey correct me if im wrong, i wanna have a go at them.....

  8. Well this Auckland public transport is getting worse and worse. Again today for the second time in a week my train was delayed 30 minutes making me miss the western line. I then had to wait an hour to catch the 9:25 am train to my course that started at 9 o'clock, they then ended up taking me to bridomart and paying a taxi to take me there. I then found out my mate got hit by a car while riding his mini chopper, some crazy lady that was speeding failed to stop at a stop sign and sent him ten or so metres down the road ripping his skin off to the nerve endings, :( The rest of the day was okay, until my ride from the train staion failed to turn up so i had a 30 minute walk in the pissing rain with no jacket or umbrella, thus i was soaking wet, i then got home and rushed to the toilet, went to flop it out and bam, my cellphone fell ot of my pocket straight into the dunny. If anybody has any experience or knows how to fix water damage in cell phones it would be appreciated, it doesnt have to fully function as long as i can get all my numbers off it. You dont have to touch the thing just tell me how to remedy the problem. I was going to open it up, but the screws are tri's not phillips and i can find no screw driver that will fit it. I have tried drying it with the hairdrier and it is currently in the hot water cupboard. So yea nay further advice would be good, i just hope i have a better day tomorrow.

  9. liking the boot install, are the subs in seperate boxes behind that wood and carpet??? Similar to wat im doing in the E30 cept i gota 15 in the spare wheel well..... i mean who needs a spare wheel lol Id rather more speakers

    :P

  10. You've gotta have some go, exhaust, headers and a manual box, POD filter (heat sheilding of course) that would be suffice, i mean there are speed limits and unless it is a track car there isnt much point in having a go nuts beast. Yet New Zealand roads arent exactly the best for good looking cars, especially expensive wheels when pot holes get the better of them. But hey all to their own, id rather a car that looks good......... :)

  11. There should be a wierd looking plastic nut on the inside of the door at each end of the trim, then the centre of the trim is held on by the clips, its coming away where the little plastic nut holds it on so have a look on the inside of the door to see if there is a small bolt poking through with no little white nut on it...... I think thats right........
