  1. Hi

Anyone interested in a job to help a friend with their 1998 E36 318ti

Ive had a quick look and found no spark. Cranking fine. New battery

As I dont live in Wellington anymore cant continue to diagnose and have no access to spares for swapsies or jig to pull fault codes

I found oil down 1 and 2 spark plug recesses ( rocker cover gasket failing )..cleaned and still not firing

    Suspect coil pack

    Cash

Text me on 021 230 4284 Cheers, Dean

  2. Hi looking for an iphone 3gs with legit damaged LCD, damaged case etc or similar to get my one going.

Cant trust what you get off trade me as people throw all there faulty bits together and sell as "not going" with "no idea to whats wrong"!

So if you have one out there that may be worth pursuing let me know!

  3. No Real progress to speak of, Miller haven't sent me my MAF conversion yet, that is they haven't replied to me emailing them asking if its on its way..

Ordered some boring parts from autohausaz, the engine and gearbox mounts, to attempt to fix a non driveline related vibration.

  4. Suspension wise look 323i front struts as they have larger diameter insert tubes with various options of spring shock combo plus the 323s have thicker sway bars front and rear

Disc rear end helps and I used shortened adjustable konis (40mm) with std springs which works great

Urethane everywhere 15/60/205 tyres and they handle pretty damn good
