You could wait for a court summons and plead not guilty. Edit for crap post. There are ways of disputing the ticket. Read the back of the ticket,it should tell you how to go about it & get legal advice.

It could just be the brand of tyre you're using. Some tyres are really bad and some are sweet.We had tramlining disappear on both cars with a tyre change.Both running 17x8. Your front tyre may also be a touch small at 215.Could be making it worse. Imo the wheel width is fine.

If its e36 m52 it should be on/off vanos,easy to run. If its e46 m52 its variable.

All these options were avaliable to all e36s. The "motorsport" is a marketing term generally for cars fitted with the bodykit,sport suspension & front seats. The options list for the e36 is huge and as far I know all options were avaliable to all cars. Its nothing like the e30 325.
