If it works after a smack I would say it would be a solinoid from my experiance. You could try taking it apart and cleaning it. Or just bung another one in.

Your oil leak sounds like a rear main seal. Ask them if they replaced it while they were there doing the clutch. This wouldnt cause problems with your diff. Altho if the clutch was slipping you could have mistaken that for one wheel slipping. Are you sure its spinning one wheel?

The LSD could let go but i wouldnt asume it would happen that fast. Maybe they stole it haha. (touch wood)

All your skiis need some cranking graphics!! If you want more fun buy pole skiis, can do bigger jumps and more tricks

If it is a head gasket, it would explain the pinking with higher compression due to the water leaking in but i would have assumed the computer would compensate for that, also im guessing it would have to be leaking a lot for this to be possable.

Pull your plugs out and see if any one or more are extreamly clean - another sign of water.

Is it steaming out the exhaust at all? - another sign.
