try the "elephant trunk" its a little rubber overflow pipe thing on the firewall on the exhaust side just rip it off n clean it out if it gets clogged the floor will get wet

i had the same thing but also included clock aswell as tacho and vacuum meter turned out to be a fuse even though it half worked every now and then which is weird cuz ive never known a fuse to half blow but check it out anyway cant remember what number fuse it is its the on for onboard comp n stuff not ecu

if u can be stuffed couriering from auckland ray sells them for around 70 i think for both lights on each side eg left high and low beam contact o211625615 if u want

it does make a difference ive used it in a few cars some carby some injected but it is actually illegal to use in a road car as u dont pay govt road tax thingy and we cant have that now can we
