Woops yeah sorry its tiptronic (auto) but its the best auto Ive ever driven. Has really good bite. It has power take off and I can launch faster than any manual car (that Ive compared it against) hands down

I am selling all my cars as you can see. I am looking at buying property so it all has to go This is a 1999 Mitsubishi L200 Triton. 2.8L DIESEL. Rear wheel drive manual. POWER STEERING!! Single cab but 3 SEATER! 17" Wheels with sticky tyres Tinted windows This has been the most handy car I have ever owned. The rear tray is very big and you can just throw anything in the back. Being diesel its awesome on gas and $50 at the pumps gets me 600km very comfortably. It has a tow bar and I have towed several cars on car transporter trailers. Up the Bombay hills with not a problem. It has done 269kms but its NZ new and its diesel so its barely just run in But seriously, it goes really well. I have never had to fix a thing on this ute. Only thing it ever needed was a couple of glow plugs. Would look awesome if it was lowered a bit and you dont see any of this newer shape l200s done up yet. I have kept it standard height as I used this to get to and from motocross. It drives over anything $6500ono ring or text 027 4151045 or text only 021 02648046

Sadly I am forced to sell my baby I am looking at buying property so it has to go Its a 2001 330ci m sport in black with red leather interior and 95,000Kms The high point of this car has to be the color scheme. The Black with red leather looks super hot and everyone loves it Another high point is the fact that its a genuine m sport and its a very grunty 3liter. This is a VERY fast car and it handles even better. Quite good on gas too I get 600km out of a tank of gas, and I could probably get even more out of it. Its not quite an M3 but this is the closest thing to one. (and at half the price of one) It has *sunroof *active stability control *6 air bags *m sport everything *electric memory seats *xenon projector head lights (auto leveling) *Windows wind up and down from outside the car with the remote. *awesome stereo (bmw) *many more features I cant list at the moment I am a mechanic by trade and have always used the best stuff to service the car. Cheers mate. Yeah it sucks I would have but I dont thing my girlfriend is worthy of a Z3 or SLK yet haha This little MG cost me under half price of the cheapest Z3, But I ended up being ripped off I hope I can get it up and running before she gets here. 5 days and counting

Hay guys. I know its not a bmw but Im only on here as a last result. Hope its ok. Ok so I bought a MG MGF little convertible for my girlfriend as a surprise for when she gets back from the states. Now, these cars have a factory alarm and immobilizer. The car I bought didnt come with the remote and was told someone had tried to get around the immobilizer before. It consists of the remote, and the immobilizer computer which sends a signal to the ECU. I am told these two have to be matched up to communicate with each other. Remotes are $300 there abouts so I decided to buy a parts car with the whole alarm immobilizer set up in it. Only thing is that had a after market alarm wired into it as an extra. I managed to take out the aftermarket alarm and return it back to stock. And with a new battery in the remote I have been able to successfully unlock and lock the car. When the immobilizer was doing its thing I couldnt crank the motor via the ignition key, But now that I have the car locking and unlocking with the remote I can crank the motor. So I started trying to start the car and it seemed to be wanting to go but I couldnt get the revs up as it was coughing spiting and farting everywhere and eventually dieing. I found that there was a lot of water and crap in the petrol tank which I cleaned out, flushed the lines (new fuel filter) and then filled with fresh petrol. Heres the tricky part. After cleaning the tank, Now when I turn the key the car turns on for about 2 seconds. and then shuts off. Ive narrowed it down to the injectors not firing. They fire a couple of times on start up and then it looks like the trigger voltage they get gets down to almost nothing, but it happens instantaneously. Once you stop cranking, and just before the engine stops turning they fire at full strength just once. I had the car running by squirting brake parts cleaner in it and the injectors never seam to fire. I am at such a loss. I hate this car. Any past experiences or opinions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks Hybrid (sorry I forgot your name, Im the guy ollie got the green e36 off) I knew you would be the person to shed some light on this Great link What I gather from that is that you can do the conversion and the car will be drivable, only thing is that cruise control (which I dont have) wont work. Warning lights on the dash and possibly reverse lights? would it be possible to just get a ecu for a manual 330 pop it in and bobs your uncle? And in that 8k how much of that did you calculate as the price of the box clutch drive shaft pedals and all the mechanical parts?

Hay I want to convert my 330ci motorsport to manual. I have done a couple of manual conversions in bmws but nothing as new as a 2001 E46 Has anyone done a conversion in an e46 on here before? I heard a nasty rumor that it may not work with the auto ecu. I heard this same rumor before I converted my first E36 but all that needed was a jumper wire. But being so late model and I think it has the CAN bus system, it may be possible that it may not work? I dont want to have to get a whole new ecu and all. Any info greatly appreciated

Does anyone know their number?? There was a post on here aaaaaages ago called bmw places or something but I cant find it now. Thats where I got their phone number from initially. I guessed the thermostat aswell. Only thing that made me think twice is the fact that it warms up quick. I will replace it asap tho Thanks for the info!

My 330ci has some cooling problems. On open roads the temp needle goes down slowly. (sometimes all the way into the blue) as soon as I slow down and hit suburban areas its fine It warms up quickly from first start up, and it has plenty of water with no air lock. Havent really investigated it very deeply yet, just thought Id ask the BMW brains on here to see if this is a common fault. My theory is that coz its so cold and its an auto and cruises at about 2000rpm its just being over cooled? Where I was driving it it was about 3 degrees celsius. is this common?

This is a friends car for sale. It has done low ks and has been in storage for a long time. (it has reg till the end of october) The car is in mint condition inside and out apart from a dent in the bonnet which was done when they took the bonnet off and dropped it on the ground. Now for the down side. the engine is in pieces. It apparently blew the head gasket or something and was taken apart and now they dont have the time to put it back together and just want the car off the drive way. Interior is very nice, tyres are 80-90% Asking price is $1500 0274151045

You guys dont get the point ae. its not about how many gboxes youve worked on. its about if youve split an e36 box. and the minute he splits a e36 box and fixes it i will start kissing his ass along with the rest of you. I promise hahaha And being only 18 and have fixed a couple of e36 boxes and my dads 32speed (almost 1 tone) gear box isnt too bad ae.
