  1. Its taken me a while to get them! left school after 6th form then worked at starbucks now I work for Marley :P Always wanted an evo and i have always wanted a Beamer so got both now , tick them of my list of things :P^_^

Yes not many 18 year olds have these cars , but ive worked hard for both :D

ooo I've seen that plate on Trademe , I was also looking at BMUSED , but I shall PM you later this arvo :D

"worked hard"... I know what you mean, I worked at The Warehouse putting stock on shelves to earn my car, I want to add an evo to my list too now :D, Any jobs at starbucks at the moment???

  2. Didn't mean to go that low, but my computer starts to go super slow the longer i use photoshop I nudge it down with a number of hits to the arrow key on the keyboard and after minutes of waiting thats where it ended up... just wanted to save it before the computer froze

Thats the plan though, tinted, black wheels with the blue lip to be different from all the black/polished lip wheels around these days, I do want to go a little lower at the front so the gap between the wheel and guard looks more the the back wheels, also blacken the grill

edit: there are some other minor mods like the slightly darker headlights and tidied up the trim to look darker too.

  3. I hope this sort of thread hasn't been done before...

But... I'm home most days of the week as I am currently a "job seeker" and i spend a lot of my time reading through bimmersport. I know there are a lot of skilled photoshopers out there that like to modify their cars so I have made this thread so you can show off your photoshop skills and show us the look you are going for with your car...

I'm not the best photoshoper and have an incredibly slow PC this teamed with my impatient nature means its a little messy but you get the idea, here is the look I'm aiming for with my 328i...

ps. I know its extremely dirty but dust and butterflies seem to attract to my car when I drive... along with birds

    car at present:

  4. Thanks for the comments guys.

I just had the fuel gauge fixed yesterday, can't remember what the guy said it was but the needle always stay on empty. But now it all goes and I can't believe how little fuel it uses (comparing to the 1.8l in the E30 to the 2.8l).

Now I just drive all the time, It's chooiiice!!!!

  5. I guess a little more info may help...

The car is a 1999 BMW 328i Manual coupe,

Was NZ new in 1999, has full mint leather interior, some random brand of 18" wheels that I think look good.

166000km on the clock and I think I may be in love

I don't know how I ever put up with the E30s extreme body roll, rugged (good) looks and weak 1.8l 4 cylinder.

The 328i is just amazing B)
