togate 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2008 haha some insane guard pumping is going to happen this weekend. might try fit a 215/40 though. will post pics once done.
Driftit 2093 Report post Posted February 15, 2008 (edited) Well it can be done. It will look insane man. Real JDMDTM. So good to see a done up E36 with out full face FWD offset chromes out East too. Oh and those adapters are great. Should put them up for everyone to see. Ditch the horrid 5X120 and move to the 5X114. Gives the E36 drives a much bigger range of wheels and offsets. Remember kids. So no to chrome. Unless its older than 1980. Edited February 15, 2008 by driftit
togate 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2008 (edited) yeh when i got home i put them on properly and set the coilovers to the right height and they camber in and sat quite nicely, i will only need to cut and flare about 35mm front and 40mm rear, the only problem is the rear bumper. need to find a way to adjust it outwards. does anyone know where i can purchase front camber plates for an e36 from? Driftit 2093 Report post Posted February 15, 2008 (edited) Can get my mate Regan at autolign to look them up. He had some for a 2002 so I presume he can get them for a E36. Might be able to sus you some sweet Tein ones. Going there on Monday for him to build my race cars shocks. Will ask then. hybrid 1044 Report post Posted February 15, 2008 does anyone know where i can purchase front camber plates for an e36 from? Camber plates and proper suspension components for an e36 are at all the main performance online shops http://www.uucmotorwerks.com http://www.vacmotorsports.com youll need to look into swaybars and replacing your bushes too. (all avalible from those sites) for the wide body .. you are going to need to cut and weld. have you thought of using the circular flare from and e46 m3 ? weld that on and get some good work done ... instant wide body. To have any steering at all your going to need to chop out your wheel cowlings. I would chuck a cage in it at this point .. You have a few options aye for reiger. best one is australia (when I looked into it 3 years ago) http://www.tcca.net.au http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=e...uning%26hl%3Den

zenetti 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2008 (edited) putting a 215 on will definitely help. Look at a tyre like a direzza or Toyo as they have a narrower shoulder which will also help 'tuck' the wheel under more. Will drive so much better than a dirty old triangle too Edited February 15, 2008 by zenetti
