oh that again ...

Its a _really_ nice example (seen it in the flesh and sat in it) but 80+k is BS. Dougs 50k white example is in minter condition and is RHD converted with e30 325i parts just as this black one was by wayne gardner racing. It may have been commissioned by BMW aussie to test the market. But it sure wasn't factory built.

I'm sure i saw this car for sale in Newmaket Dealer for $50k 2 years ago.

Yeah no R/H E30 M3's left the factory.There is a genuine Hartge E30 M3 on Pistonheads which has the M5 3.6 engine, 20,000 GBP.

For your interest. http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/387813.htm

Cool thanks for the heads up.

That Black M3 seems a bit steep, but if Denny Hulme’s name is on the previous owners details sheet it has some nice heritage and would be the ultimate M3 for a collector.

Denny Hulme's name is not on the ownership papers it was his daily driver while racing the B & H M3. Equity Corp are a previous owner ha and Gerry Hodges (President BMW Club) also owned the car. Its a very nice example and only done 54000 ks but its a lot of money for a tidy E30 M3 with a good story.

I have Heard of Something like 20 RHD E30 M3's that were built by the factory. i believe i read somewhere their power output suffered due to the headers ect.

Of course all talk no proof.

But i have heard it somewhere
