Greg111 13 Report post Posted March 30, 2008 Hey man, genuine are proberly the best option to go for, some aftermarket pads (descent ones) cost the earth, wouldn't think genuine would cost too much. jom 96 Report post Posted April 8, 2008 Whatever you do don't buy Gur pads. Some clown had fitted them to my 328 during compliance. They don't stop the car, they need warming up, and they wear the disc extremely fast. In the WET at Manfield they wouldn't even engage the ABS. Measure the disc rotors and get them skimmed as well, minimum size for vented is 20.4mm, non vented 10.4mm, or replace them. You might have to replace the wear sensor too. Antallica 15 Report post Posted April 8, 2008 (edited) I put on some Resma ones on the weekend along with aftermarket rotors. They seem to work very well so far and the best part they cost be a whole lot of bugger all as opposed to my dealer who required one of my testicles as a deposit.
