allan 295 Report post Posted May 11, 2008 Not totally sure but are we to take it from the picture that it is showing us both the manual gearbox/flywheel set up and autobox set up. If so the spacer would be for the auto set up to obtain the correct distance for the starter pinion to be able to engage the ring gear correctly. Just my thoughts on it.
