I don't want to burst your bubble but those tyres look very very old, I wouldn't be surprised if they are very noisy. And the wheels are pretty seriously curbed which will probably be quite big money to fix. Oh well......... you win some you lose some.

I made him an offer when I arrived to pick them up due to the curbage and he accepted I'm having them completely refurbished and the lips machine polished. Tyres are in great condition

I will be very interested to see how well your wheels come up and what they cost to fix. My PG2s are in pretty good nick but I'd consider getting them refurbished at some stage in the future.

I'm hoping to make my E39 a little different from the pack with some more Hamann mods similar to the path you seem to be taking with your touring. I would also be interested in where you have purchased your Hamann mods so far and your Brembo BBK if you don't mind me asking?

That doesn't look sh*t at all ... just remember with 19's to take it easy over curbs as not to pinch the wheels
