BM WORLD 1283 Report post Posted November 17, 2008 just brought this . 88 nz new 283k , e28 525e with mtec kit and 5spd box . with a cracked head . what should i do with it , stick a 2L head on it , maybe throw in a M30 3.5 and 5spd box lsd etc . turbo ? I'll take it if yes to the above havn't tried the stereo yet will try it later on when i take a battery down to the car .yes have the code for it . also my freind has one the same if its not any good. BM WORLD 1283 Report post Posted November 24, 2008 mate that is an awesome car! restore it and don't let it rot away in that field...i dont think the chasis is quite straight . so might let this one go , and use the parts to fix up a freinds nz new 87 525ee that has a striaght chasis but could do with a 5spd box and maybe the body kit.any one wanting the 2.7 block?? or resonable good panels , doors , boot lid , bonnet . gaurds etc ???
