Jamez 2147483647 Report post Posted December 12, 2008 ipod headphones arn't that bad but because i used to game (counter strike) i have a pair of sennheiser HD555's, there amazing, there stereo headphones that have such good clarity, they can also be used as desktop speakers with no distortion, really anything sennheiser and over $100 is really decent, but in the car i always end up listening to the engine

Cale 36 Report post Posted December 13, 2008 I have Shure SE210 and Sennheiser CX500 and the Shure wins hands down. Little expensive but you get what you pay for. I would love to get some Shure SE310's. Apple need to sort out themselves in the headphones department.

Guest SamSpargo Report post Posted December 15, 2008 (edited) I use Sennheisers when I DJ, but really really want a pair of Allen & Heath Xone XD-53's. Yum yum yum. For out and about use, Koss is very much the win. Edit: Friends of mine in bands swear by Shure SCL5's when they're on stage. Amazing monitors apparently, though I've not tried them. $toffz 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2008 I use Sennheiser HD 212 Pro's for guitar practise, HD215's for Mixing/Recording. SkullCandy G.I Headphones for music at work and Skulcandy Ink'd for mp3 player out and about. I find the Skullcandy stuff abit heavy, a bit too tuned for bass response I'm thinking. Some good deals on Skullcandy headphone packs at Telecom stores. Like headphones with a 2gb micro sd card and card adapter. Doing the SKullCandy G.I headphone pack for $119.99 and the Low Rider headset pack for $89.99. Good for just listening to some tunes, in no way high end.
