ARGH!

All dash lights work, but rpm meter and speedo dont light up

(when i turn the lights on)

any related fuses ?

or relays that could cause this ?

easiest way to get to the bulb in behind the dash?

The bulb or bulbs have probably just blown. Easy to replace, just need to take the instrument cluster out and replace them.

Probably number 24 in the diagram.

I've only replaced them on e36 but should be the same.

could agree more . i get calls , texts , and emails mesages all day long ,

things like " i have bmw do you have a door for it " :wacko:

or do you have a switch for a my 318i . and it seems to be more e36 318i owners more than any other , why is that??

BTW can anyone show pics on how to remove steering wheel on E36? I had to rebulb my instrument cluster the hard way :(

prefacelift 1986 e30 325i

if its not the bulbs what else could it be ?
