3 SERIES 93 Report post Posted April 7, 2009 Ideally should have curtains round it, so people can't see what you are browsing on the web If the curtain's a rockin, dont come a knockin! As said, somthing that provides slight viewing privacy should be on the list.

martyyn 2 Report post Posted April 8, 2009 As someone who has used them all over the world Id be interested to know what you guys are all looking at to be concerned about someone looking over your shoulder. Do people use them for anything more than just checking your email, getting the latest football scores etc ? Id hate to be sat at the 'pod' ones above. Someone else that really gets on my t!ts is how they are all designed for midgets, I struggle to find anything remotely comfortable at my height
E30 325i Rag-Top 2959 Report post Posted April 8, 2009 You mean that you can get e-mail and football scores on the internet??? Why did no-one tell me, I thought it was only for girl-porn and car-porn !! Being serious for a minute though Ollie, I will try and find some pics of the terminals we make for the TAB. Not an internet kiosk, but might give you a few ideas.
Driftit 2080 Report post Posted April 8, 2009 All the ones I have used were designed for midgets too. I am dead on 6ft. Something with at least an adjustible screen.
Gus 5 Report post Posted April 9, 2009 something where you can sit down, is comfortable, your knees don't touch anything, easy to pay for and use. somewhere quietish you can use the phone at the same time. if they had a communal printing/scanning facility that would be handy too. tire 10 Report post Posted April 9, 2009 One where the keyboards and mice aren't black from a million peoples grotty hands. Yea na privacy is big one, you know how weird it is when someone is looking over your shoulder as you type.
Driftit 2080 Report post Posted April 9, 2009 Now that so many phones have wifi I would have thought these kiosks would have been used less and less. Every Airport I have been in has had free Wifi. Well bar Heathrow. But that airport sux. Changi is my favourite. Has quite private kiosk things. Also and area where you can setup your laptop. Even plug in your ethernet cable. Also has a sweet area full of Xbox 360's up by Burger King.

tibbs.james 1 Report post Posted April 13, 2009 Chair = yes something for taller people = yes A real mouse to use and not a touch pad. Something you can text it so that it charges the amount to your phone. Not everybody has a wallet full of coins or a credit card.
