M52b28 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2009 Brought some of that sealant, advertised by new sponsor Sappco, was a bit hesitant but never satisfied with paint after spending to much on various meguiars n mothers products to give it a go. Anyway, was asked if I could give a quick review: Simply put, it's amazing, no bs. Have only finished applying to front and sides, but its riduculously shiny, like a lot deeper and wet than the previous waxes I've used, and swirls have almost completely gone (might be the sealant filling them in, but thats fine be me). Can't comment on lasting abilities, but more than happy with the shine alone. O and as I found out on Sunday it sheets water to the extent that car-self drys minutes after rain stops. Anyways 2 thumbs up. cheers, John

M52b28 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2009 ^ +1 Also, was that just the main advertised stuff or one of the additional products. Cheers Just the main product... I did get a application pack aswell cos seems very cheap (microfibre usually=expensive). Will finish application today and take some pics then (but most of the pics in the site 'gallery' represent results well/ fairly.
Apex 693 Report post Posted April 21, 2009 Is it a polish or a wax? Did you apply it with a microfiber cloth?
M52b28 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2009 Is it a polish or a wax? Did you apply it with a microfiber cloth? Neither. The main product is a 'sealant', there a new generation of synthetic wax (hit off in the states, the same stuff car dealers and places like tint a car charge hundreds for as an option). Prior to sealing, you apply a polish like product which restores the surface and prepars it for best recieving of the sealant. Really its just a higher shine, longer-lasting (synthetic vs natural) version of a good Carnauba wax. Thats bassicaly it, visit the website for all the info. Have taken a pic now. Guest Simon* Report post Posted April 22, 2009 That's odd. I'd say 95% of members have no issue putting pictures of their car up. It is a car forum after all. I'd really like to see how good this product has worked on your car
