Top 5 cars

I was recently spammed the "Top 5 cars you want in your garage" applet. For once I was genuinely interested in spam.

I ended up with in order:

1) E30 M3 Sport Evo

2) Datsun Fairlady Z432R

3) E92 ALMS GT2

4) S1 Lotus Exige

5) Alpina 2002

I couldn't fathom why I'd pick a 35yo Datsun over a Gallardo/F40/insert Italian hypercar here.

I'm wondering if anyone here can explain why they want their dream cars?

P.S. If you want to list dream cars here, try keep it in top 5 and first to last format. It's a lot harder than you think!

1. Mitsubishi Evolution VIII MR Gun Metal Grey - Always been my dream car , they sound amazing , look amazing and the way they accelerate is a total different experiance to any other car!!

2.BMW M6 - Black with Black tints and Black Mags - Saw one in the City and i fell in love with it from then on. It was actually in my opinion a beautiful car , i couldnt keep my eyes of it!

3.Ferrari Enzo - Black - Its a street legal F1 car pretty much ....who wouldnt want one?

4. Chrysler 3OOc - Black , Black mags , black tints - love them , such a luxury car

5.Mitsubishi Evolution 6.5 - Red - these cars to me i think are one of the best evos - they handle and perform exceptionally well , would love to own one.

Evo 2 was one of my dream cars for a while but I have got one so thats been ticked of my list

1. 89' 316i with 16" BBS RS Replicas on it (Sell me your adapters, Haha).

3. E30 with a RB30DET built by RIPS.

4. A Purple Lambo.

5. Honda City Turbo for lol's.

Even harder than making a list, Is explaining why I want them.

Hmmm - tough call....

1. Aston Martin DBS (shoot the designer now so s/he can never design a better looking shape)

2. 1968 RS SS Camaro with 396 big block & 4 on the floor (weekend toy - when the man says bring the noise, what else are you going to bring it with?)

3. E46 M3 (I always loved this shape more than any other BMW)

4. 39ft Cigarette Top Gun (not a car I admit, but how the hell else am I supposed to commute between my island hideout and work in the Florida Keys?)

5. Rolls Royce Phantom (when I can't be arsed driving, Jeeves will drive the Phantom and still arrive on time...)

Lol, you hate them cos they're made for crap drivers like me. I test drove a Evo9 MR wagon couple of years ago when dad placed a deposit on one. It was great, made me feel like Ayrton Senna.

P.S. A lot of you haven't explained why, and Simon, that's cheating.

Just out of interest, why the Evo8 and not the 9? I couldn't tell the difference apart except the 9 had more exciting amounts of go.

6 built, the first one was built from the 288GTO prototype, then 2 completely new ones were built. The project was shelved, and only after the F40 had entered production, that 3 more were built for some of ferraris best clients, the Japanese guy that had a custom designed car based on the F430, for example, owns one.
