bravo 35 Report post Posted July 8, 2009 Apart from the obvious bodgy design, can't see a huge problem with making a strut brace out of wood, but the way to do it would be to get something hard like kauri. rip it down, make up a jig, and bend the kauri to shape and create a laminated beam.
