IMO i think it's great you have been with the same girl for a year,

Plan a night out to dinner, then back home to a movie then some loving?

p.s i have never made it to a year so i wouldn't a clue lol. But I think a night out would be good, spoil her abit.

If you've made it to 12 months then you shouldn't have to do anything special, by now she should know you own an E30 and therefore cant afford gifts for people who aren't your car.
