Yankus 0 Report post Posted March 15, 2010 Few of you showing your age when you're nominating a 911 or an Evo X (apparently one of the worst cars ever to daily, according to Evo Mag) as a daily - what's kept in the garage, an F1 car "for Sunday morning blats" ? A daily should be comfortable, reliable, economical, practical, not messed with if parked at the local shopping centre, and above all; start first time, every time in the morning. I doubt a 911 would be reasonable to maintain WRX will get stolen or smahsed into EVO yeah cool, but doesn't seem your style E36 m3 awesome do it But I think you would get bored after the V8 E39 540i/6 , Is everything a BMW should be and although not the fastest or the best handling would be more satisfying to hop into everyday and enjoy driving to where you need to be more so than the other options Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Very cool, awesome interior, great looking, the V6 is very peppy and sounds amazing, they're stiffly sprung, so will handle well (minus the whole V6 FWD thing) and very rewarding to drive. I know I'd prefer to have some money in the bank, or save myself from going into debt. I'd also happily go back to a tidy E30 for a DD. Was going to trade my E30 for a 924 (wasnt the best condition and was auto, but engine was low kms and at that stage i was used to auto anyway) early last year had the paperwork signed and everything but then mutual agreement to not go through with it.
