bravo 35 Report post Posted October 7, 2010 Might be what 5th gear needs to make it more watchable. There's room for another good car-tainment show. I would watch both if they were both good and on at different times. Whilst I think that BC was a spoil-sport for ruining the fun, if he's a good presenter I wouldn't boycott the show due to his actions.
Denz 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2010 Good for him, I love topgear but so does my mum, its more entertainment than news. Fifth gear is fantastic in its own right.
OLLIE 26 Report post Posted October 7, 2010 sweet, I might start watching 5th gear again
cliffdunedin 8 Report post Posted October 7, 2010 5th gear is getting better though!! But lets be honest if Ben collins were on Top Gear as himself he would not have had the same following or auror as "the stig" and could have been replaced by any other racer. Will be interesting to see if he can actually present, as opposed to just drive!
Driftit 2080 Report post Posted October 8, 2010 I can't stand the two younger muppets from 5th Gear. They are very annoying.
Dr. M 10 Report post Posted October 8, 2010 They are very annoying. Kinda similar to how Jeremy, Richard and James can get on occasion! I love TG and have watched every back episode (www.streetfire.net has them all) but every so often the antics get in the way of the cars. Good to have a balance. Denz 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2010 ^ not quite, old top gear disbanded, 5th gear was established, new topgear was established
synth 0 Report post Posted October 17, 2010 Don't see how this will work, apart from him being known as the old stig. He didn't present at all on Top Gear. Drives rather fast though
