out with the old and crappy , in with the new(er)

Recommended Posts

just spent the day doing this with a mate ,

swapping the old yukky grey carpet , dashboard , console ,arm rest , light grey seats etc for black .

on my wifes 328i touring.

still have to swap the door cards (fridays job)

and then get the rear seats redyed black to match the fronts

then maybe manual conversion in the next few weeks etc .

Hate to say it but I preferred the grey for some reason  . Black on black emphasis its age and cheapens the feel in my humble opinion.

Easier to keep clean though eh!

Always nice to have a change! But I must say I do like the grey a lot.. Wish I had grey in my E36 when I still had it..

Haha I'm going with the above two, the grey does look so classy!

But then the black is still pretty sweet, our E36 had black leather (in a 316i ) and it was awesome! :D

hhhmmmm hard choice worn out dirty old hard grey leather seats or nice soft clean black leather seats , i think i prefer the black .

light grey , tan etc always look yukky when old.

black is timeless
