thorburn 121 Report post Posted March 28, 2012 (edited) scrape out all the gunk from inside your gaurds then beat on the lip with a rubber mallet. If you need the gaurds to be nearly flat use a roller. Agreed, the thicker panels make it easier, they take more of a beating, enough heat in the paint/panel will ensure that the paint wont crack 9 out of 10 times.
