Cab 148 Report post Posted May 27, 2013 (edited) Hi guys, May be a long shot, but I'm after an Evo steering wheel in SUEDE, brand new, for E30 I've found them online for around $900-1000 NZD plus shipping and taxes. Does anybody know a cheaper alternative in finding a brand new one over here? Would BMW sell them? I dont imagine they would. I will give them a try. I really dont want to pay $200 tax if I order one Thank you kindly. Edited May 27, 2013 by Cab

vtgts300kw 90 Report post Posted May 27, 2013 Just make sure you look after it. The oil and sweat from your hands will ruin it otherwise.

Cab 148 Report post Posted May 27, 2013 Just make sure you look after it. The oil and sweat from your hands will ruin it otherwise. I know right! Its pretty much a sit-in-the-garage car and gets driven about once a week. I have one but needs recovering , gone all smooth Thanks Brent, i've phoned a couple of interior specialists and it costs around $600 to re-do. Crazy. E30 325i Rag-Top 2959 Report post Posted May 28, 2013 The had one of those race suits in Team McMillan the other day when I was in there, thought it looked great, but probably at bit too OTT for me to pull off - and that would be at a race meet, let alone in a dealership - with brown shoes on!! Back OT, those steering wheels often come up on s14.net for sale as they are a Sport Evo part I think, not cheap but in good condition and cheaper than brand new.
