///MPROVD 131 Report post Posted May 13, 2014 Ecu's are unique to the corresponding engines mixing them could cause problems as timing, injection etc is effected and could damage component's. Its best to get the correct ecu and ews. Short of that if you have key chip and matching ews module I believe you can sync the ews with the ecu with a scan tool.
