Quality Tools and Kits?

Recommended Posts

I've been wanting a proper tool chest for some time and finally took the plunge. I got a Teng top box because I knew it would accommodate the existing Teng tool trays I had, it has the features I wanted and I don't think it looks half bad. Need more tools now.

Can you all see these pics? New web host for me (f&#k you Dropbox and Photobucket).

You need a new hammer. Technicians don't have a builders hammer in their tool kit. They are also too light and don't have a good head shape ?

Is it an eastwing hammer or so crappy copy?

How much was the toolbox?

Teng is really good when it comes to trays.

It's a quality framing hammer, I've had it forever. I can't remember the brand and it's a bit out of reach for me now.

I paid $420, I think retail is $500 but there's also a different model at around $300.

The trays are good and fit in this thing well, that's a large part of the reason I got it. It's been a plan long in the making and starting to pay off. I've migrated my trays from a Teng carry case to this now. I'm also looking at their EVA (high density foam) trays for my 1/4 and 1/2 drive needs.
