Richard7666 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2015 At what milage do things start to play up with an e90? This one www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/bmw/auction-833726982.htm has been on trademe for 6 months now and hasn't sold. It has twice the k's of a lot of other 2006 e90s however

charles28 136 Report post Posted January 20, 2015 Those E90 320i's seem to have a lot of issues, the inline 6 , ie 323i seems to have less problems.
Richard7666 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2015 Hmm that's good to know. The 320 seems to be the most common e90 in NZ...so even one with say 60k on the clock would be best avoided?
BreakMyWindow 1874 Report post Posted January 20, 2015 With that much mileage under it's belt it's probably had the annoying engine problems sorted... although they're probably due to start over again.
KwS 2425 Report post Posted January 21, 2015 with the N43 i dont think youre ever really going to "sort" the problems...
qube 3570 Report post Posted January 21, 2015 there are plenty of the better inline 6 (323i/325i) models around. i have one for sale on behalf of a friend that has done 90'ks and its msport, black etc avoid all 318 and 320 is the general consensus.
