BatMansWilly 74 Report post Posted September 29, 2015 (edited) Hey Guys new here and new to owning a BMW (Dad and Brother both have had lots of them throughout the years). After a bit of looking around and test driving I found the ONE for MEEEE. Its Brents old e36 328i. I plan on doing some upgrades over time. For now I have just put her on a pair of m-sport wheels and given her a good clean. Brent is a good guy and it was easy dealing with him. Also thanks to my IRL friend zero for helping me out with looking at cars and giving me good advice. Mods already done by Brent. black with m3 vader seats lowered on ebaichs with koni adjustable shocks 3.15 diff headers . m50 manifold e46 bigger front brakes m20 6.5kg solid mass flywheel Edited September 29, 2015 by BatMansWilly

Kepes 231 Report post Posted September 30, 2015 It's brent's old car - it's running a getrag 5 speed. Whoops. I'm sure it had automatic written on the auction or am I just seeing things??
Rubix 434 Report post Posted September 30, 2015 (edited) Whoops. I'm sure it had automatic written on the auction or am I just seeing things?? Brent likes to avoid trademe costs by using one auction for all his cars, just changes the details You'd probably also have noted it was a wagon (I think) with 270,000 km. Thomay 4 Report post Posted September 30, 2015 nice nice nice, although i do prefer the old alloy wheels that were on it, to each his own, just not a fan of black on black.
zero 1162 Report post Posted September 30, 2015 I was fortunate enough to get a drive of this when Conor did the test drive, and it was maaaaad. I can only imagine what it was like with the supercharger. I like the new wheels - I prefer them to the ones Brent had on it.

M3AN 4016 Report post Posted October 2, 2015 Good to catch up today Conor and take her for a drive. Quite a peppy beast I must say, certainly seems dialled in and loves to give back above 4k RPM. Lucky we didn't lose her when that dude ran the red light (real late too!). Lots of little project items for you to get your hands dirty with too and if you need ideas check out my project thread. I still reckon you should get Brent to install that shock mount for free!
