engine transplant

Recommended Posts

this topic has probably been done to death, but i'm new so humour me people!!

I have a mint 318 1989 coupe sitting outside. Just wondering is it a) possible to convert to 2.5 (its an auto by the way) and

B) is this so expensive its just stupid!!

Its only done 140 odd km, has mtech bits on it, or just sell and buy a 325??

unless you are really attached to the car, sell it and get a 325.

the list of things to get to convert an auto 318 to a 325, and do a proper job, is VERY long...

would make a nice racecar for the upcoming series - hang onto it.

talking about this, how far away is it Andrew? Have any final specs for the cars been released?
