bradi65 4 Report post Posted April 21, 2016 Hey Guys Just wanting some info, I have a M20B20 automatic, Just managed to get my hands on a flywheel/flexplate for the auto and was wondering if there should be washers on the bolts that bolt the ring gear to the motor, it came with the bolts but no washers and i can see washer marks on the flexplate where it has been bolted up. On the BMW Fans site i cant see washers to me it looks like its just the bolts. If i used washers would this affect the balancing and could cause more problems than its worth ?
