e36 tie rod source

Recommended Posts

Wof man says both outer tie-rods need replacing so it is then.

Where's the best place to source quality tie-rods in NZ, probably going steer well clear of supercheap products. And hoping to not pay the stealership more than their worth.

Cheers.

BNT would probably be able to help (but I seem to recall they are related to SCA or Repco?)

MillAnd in Dunedin are good. Lots of stock typically of better German quality (although OEM), good prices and fast delivery. Initial contact via their website - http://milland.co.nz/index.php - is a webform rather than phone call, but they do respond. And you will get a phone number from them. :)

Milland - they often have some on TM but otherwise just give them a call.

Edit: but I get mine from overseas - http://www.schmiedmann.com/

Anyone have any information on the brand Hans-Pries?

They manufacture original and aftermarket parts for many European vehicles, including BMW, VAG, PSA and Mercedes.
